It is very important to us that you feel entirely satisfied with your purchase and that you are happy with your shopping experience.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging (see ?Upon receipt? below).

If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, we have a no-quibble 15-day returns policy on most jewellery, subject to the following terms:

1. the jewellery is in its original packaging and in perfect condition

2. the jewellery is returned within 15 days of the delivery date

3. if a bracelet has been customised to your required length, it cannot be returned.

Upon receipt

All our goods are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you.

Nonetheless we strongly advise you to inspect your item as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately in the extremely unlikely event that you find any defect or damage.

If, after inspecting your jewellery, we are satisfied that your bracelet is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. We will notify you by email when you can expect the items to be sent back to you. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

Returns procedure

1. Please inform us of your intention to return an order by emailing us [email protected] within 15 days of receiving the bracelet.

2. Address the parcel as follows:

Warning! Do not under any circumstances write ?diamonds?, ?diamond bracelet?, ?Jewellery Cave? or ?diamond jewellery? anywhere on the external packaging or address label of the parcel.

3. Package your item in the original box in which it was sent and include all the accompanying certificates. Failure to do so could result in a delay in processing your return and, in the case of a refund, could result in a deduction from the refund amount.

4. Send a covering letter inside your parcel, explaining the reason you are returning your bracelet to us.

5. Return the product by using a reputable and guaranteed postal service or courier company. Please note that, unless shipment of the goods is arranged using our approved courier services, all goods returned to us are at your own risk until we receive them.

6. Make sure you insure the parcel for the full amount of your order value. Any diamond fallen off the bracelet or lost will not be covered under our 15-day returns policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We therefore strongly advise you to get the jewellery insured against any such mishap before you return it.

7. All returns for any particular order must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional postage charges to you.

8. You must then contact us to tell us the tracking number of your package and date of postage.

9. In the event of failure to return any goods to us within the time limit stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs for recovery of the goods by us.

Drop off

If you prefer to return your bracelet to us in person, you can arrange an appointment to bring your item to our London showroom. Simply contact us or book an appointment online.

Once an item is received by

Once we receive your bracelet, it will be sent to our Quality Assessment Department, where it will be inspected. Once your bracelet has been assessed, we will notify you by email to arrange a refund or exchange.

If any item is found to be worn, damaged, altered, resized, tampered with or found to be mishandled in any way, it will not be accepted for refund.


If you would like to exchange your purchase for alternative items at, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Exchanged goods can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received by us and have undergone a quality-control check.

Time taken to refund/exchange

Depending upon the payment method used, it will take 8?10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Custom-made orders

Unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, goods that have been custom made to a specific length or customised in any other way cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.
